EC777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement Pakistan

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the specific meanings set out below, and these meanings apply throughout this document regardless of whether the words appear in their singular or plural form.

• "EC777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the EC777 online gaming platform operating at https://ec777.run, including all games, services, features and content available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses the EC777 platform, registers an account, deposits funds or participates in any game or promotion offered by ec777.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a registered player on the EC777 platform, through which that player accesses games, manages funds and claims promotions.
• "Balance" — the total PKR funds held in a player's EC777 account at any given time, including both real money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a player's EC777 account as part of a welcome offer, reload bonus, free spin conversion or any other promotion. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a player from their own PKR wallet or bank account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn from an EC777 account.
• "Verification" — the process by which EC777 confirms the identity of a player through documentation, typically in compliance with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account at EC777, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. EC777 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 and takes all reasonable steps to detect and prevent underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other form of legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted at EC777 under any circumstances.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by EC777 or any other gaming operator. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other information requested by EC777 during the registration or verification process.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method you use to deposit at EC777. Third-party deposits — payments made from a bank account, mobile wallet or card not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited.

EC777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your registration or continued use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one EC777 account only. If you already hold an active EC777 account, you must not create a second account for any reason — including to claim a welcome bonus a second time, to continue play after a self-exclusion, or for any other purpose. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and balances forfeited.

3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your EC777 account login credentials — your mobile number, username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. EC777 will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, WhatsApp or SMS.

You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances. If you become aware that any unauthorised person has accessed or may have accessed your EC777 account, you must immediately change your password and notify our support team. EC777 will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

EC777 may, at its discretion, temporarily lock an account if unusual login activity is detected — such as logins from unfamiliar devices or geographic locations. In such cases, you may be required to complete an additional identity verification step before access is restored. This is a security measure designed to protect you.

4 Deposits and Payments

EC777 processes all deposits and account balances exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency accounts, no conversion fees and no hidden charges applied to deposits made through supported payment methods.

The following deposit methods are accepted at EC777:

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. EC777 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to other individuals. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

EC777 does not accept deposits made from funds of illegal origin. By depositing at ec777, you confirm that all funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the source of those funds.

5 Withdrawals

EC777 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all Pakistani players. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week and the average processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to two business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

To request a withdrawal from your EC777 account, the following conditions must all be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with satisfactory identity documentation on file.
• The withdrawal amount must not include any funds subject to an active wagering requirement. Only real money funds that are not encumbered by a bonus obligation can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same or equivalent method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable.
• Your account must not be under review for any suspected breach of these Terms.

The minimum withdrawal amount at EC777 is Rs 500. There is no daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied until identity verification is completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

EC777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out here. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific offer's terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your EC777 account and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds that have not been wagered sufficiently within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at the following game rates: Slots 100%, Live Casino 10%, Virtual Sports 20%, Aviator 50%, Andar Bahar 15%.
• Maximum bets while a bonus wagering requirement is active at EC777 are limited to Rs 500 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in winnings being voided and the bonus being removed.
• Maximum withdrawal from any single bonus offer is Rs 50,000 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer's specific terms.
• EC777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players through appropriate channels.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonus offers unless EC777 explicitly states that stacking is permitted for a specific promotion.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the EC777 platform operate under the specific rules published for each game within the platform. These game-specific rules take precedence over any general understanding of how a game type works. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games at EC777 use certified RNG algorithms that have been independently audited. Results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player, by EC777 or by the game's software provider. If a technical error occurs that affects the outcome of a game — for example, a screen freeze or a disconnection — the game round outcome is determined by the server-side result at the time of disconnection. The result displayed on your screen after reconnection reflects the actual server-side outcome of that round.

EC777's live casino games are operated by independent, licensed live casino studios. Dealing procedures in all live games are fully visible on stream. EC777 does not employ the dealers and is not responsible for individual human errors made during live game dealing, although significant errors that materially affect outcomes will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the operating studio's own rules and procedures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at EC777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of detection. EC777 also reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human tool to place bets or interact with the EC777 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinating bet placements in multi-player games.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or unintended features of any game to accumulate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operation. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the EC777 platform — including depositing funds from illegal sources, using the platform to obscure the origin of funds, or using the platform as a conduit for third-party financial transactions.
• Using the EC777 platform for any activity that constitutes a criminal offence in Pakistan or in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing EC777 staff members, support agents or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering more than one account at EC777 for any reason.
• Registering at EC777 while subject to an active self-exclusion at any gaming operator.

9 Responsible Gaming

EC777 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and we are committed to providing tools that help our players stay in control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all EC777 players free of charge and can be activated through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you can add to your EC777 account in each period. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specific timeframe. EC777 will prevent further bets once the limit is reached for that period.

• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your EC777 account for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, ec777 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or receiving marketing communications.

10 Account Closure

You may close your EC777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your account at your own request, any real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method within five business days.

EC777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that you have breached any provision of these Terms. In cases of fraudulent activity, exploitation of bonuses or technical errors, or suspected money laundering, EC777 may close the account immediately and retain all funds pending investigation. EC777 will notify you of any account closure by email or through the contact details on file.

11 Limitation of Liability

EC777 provides the platform, games and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and that games function correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from technical errors. EC777 shall not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of: platform downtime, game technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues on your end, delays caused by payment processors, or any force majeure event outside our reasonable control.

EC777's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of that player's total deposits in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits EC777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy and Data

EC777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering at EC777, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

EC777 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party processors — such as payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies — only to the extent necessary to provide you with the EC777 service and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

EC777 retains player data for a minimum period of five years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping obligations. You have the right to access your personal data held by ec777 at any time by contacting our support team.

13 Amendments to These Terms

EC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to you via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven days before taking effect. Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or additions of new game categories — may be made without advance notice.

Continuing to use the EC777 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using EC777 and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance. The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the EC777 platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EC777 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of EC777, you agree to first contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally before escalating to any formal dispute resolution process.

EC777 operates a formal complaint process for unresolved disputes. To raise a formal complaint, contact our support team in writing with full details of the matter in dispute, the resolution you are seeking and any supporting documentation. EC777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through EC777's internal complaint process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under EC777's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from our support team on request.
